Sam has over 20 years of experience in the management and leadership of operations across professional services, where she has specialised in organisational and clinical psychological firms, recruitment, and engineering firms.
Sam’s areas of expertise are in human resources, quality assurance and marketing, which she has developed throughout her career and used to shape the strategic imperatives and day to day operations of organisations.
Currently the Marketing, HR and Quality and Management Systems Manager of Madsen Giersing, Sam manages and guides the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for our company including recruiting and staffing, induction, training and the Professional Development Program. Sam also leads the Quality Assurance Management and Management Systems Auditing across our portfolio of Australian and International projects.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (BASc), Psychology and Disability from Griffith University.
